RETURN / REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy. All new products, with the exception of products under our “Pickleball Paddle Return Policy” (see below) or our “Exceptions / non-returnable items" (see below), will follow this return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For paddles, they must be unused and have the plastic on the handle. Used paddles will include a $20 restocking fee. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once a return is received and inspected to ensure its new condition, we will approve a refund.

Accessories that have been opened are ineligible for return and will be shipped back immediatey if sent to us.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Pickleball Paddle Return Policy

Tomoro has a unique return policy that applies ONLY to our pickleball paddle category. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason. 

If your paddle is completely new and unused, in its original packaging and condition, you will receive a full refund. If the paddle has been used and is not in brand new condition, you are still eligible to return the paddle within 30 days for a refund but will be charged a $20 restocking fee. This restocking fee allows players a low-risk opportunity to try any of our paddles for only the cost of the $20 restocking fee. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it, and contact us immediately if the item has defects, is damaged, or is the wrong item, so that we can address the issue right away.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, such as custom products (i.e. special orders or personalized items), "limited edition" items, or sale items. Close-Out sale items are not eligible for returns and/or refunds.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

The warranty and return policies are only applicable for the contiguous US, and does not include Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico or international countries.

Exchanges

We have a 30-day exchange policy. For your items to be eligible for an exchange, they must be unused and unworn with all tags and original packaging intact.

Processing Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for the bank to process and post the refund too.

For pickleball paddle refunds, please reference our Pickleball Paddle Return Policy to determine if you qualify for a full refund, and/or if you will be charged a $20 restocking fee.

Authorized Seller - Returns

Tomoro offers a limited warranty for products purchased directly from Tomoro or its authorized retailers. Our products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for up to 120 days from the date of purchase or for the maximum period allowed by the laws of your jurisdiction, if less. Unfortunately, we cannot warrant the quality of products handled by distributors outside of our carefully selected network of partners. In order to qualify for warranty service, the original purchaser must furnish proof of purchase in the form of an invoice or receipt issued by Tomoro or one of its authorized resellers. This warranty is exclusively applicable to the original purchaser of the products and is not transferable. The goal of this warranty policy is to assure that our products meet the standards set by Tomoro. We are committed to providing a high-quality experience for our valued customers.
